Shawna O’Brien, Pat’s adoring Wife, was born and raised on the East Side of Indianapolis. She is an IU Bloomington graduate with a BA in Telecommunications and she has worked in a sales capacity since her first “real” job at 15 years old.

Shawna and Pat met as friends in 1995 and were married in 2002.  Having an entrepreneurial spirit (and a pretty great job with benefits), Shawna encouraged Pat to leave his corporate sales jobs behind and start his agency in 2003.

After working full-time for almost 20 years, Shawna decided in 2010 to stay home part-time with their two young children.  In between the kids’ activities and managing the O’Brien household, Shawna uses her sales and marketing skills to promote The Patrick O’Brien Agency via social media and the website.

Since Fall 2011, Shawna is also a certified Jazzercise Instructor with Geist Jazzercise.

With an inability to sit for any length of time, Shawna enjoys all forms of exercise, gardening, decorating, rehabbing, live music, reading (everything) and travel.  When this self-described type-A gal finally sits down, she enjoys her family, friends, and a good glass of wine.
